No Ongoing Access: Technicians access your system only during the scheduled session.

Customer Participation: You must be present and active during the entire remote session (typically 45-120 minutes).
3. Purchase and Payment

Full Payment: Due in full before any Service Session is scheduled.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable sales or use taxes associated with your purchase.
4. Service Delivery and Remote Access
4.1 Consent
By purchasing, you consent to temporary remote access. You are responsible for backing up critical data before the session begins.
4.2 Timeline

Standard Services: Scheduling initiation typically occurs within 24-48 Business Hours.

Emergency Services: Priority response within 60 minutes during Business Hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-8pm EST).
5. Performance Expectations and Guarantees
5.1 Data Recovery (Emergency Rescue)

Conditional Pricing: The full fee ($597.99) is charged only for a successful recovery.

Unsuccessful Recovery: If data is unrecoverable, a reduced diagnostic fee of $149.00 applies. This fee is non-refundable.
5.2 90-Day Guarantee
All services include a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date. This applies to the service price only.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
8.2 Binding Arbitration
All disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 15 business days shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, per AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
8.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
